Facilities

	Party Hall The Party hall is one of the most classy facility which is provided to the residents for any functions, meetings etc. The hall can accommodate over 200 people in theatre seating, and 100 people in cluster seating. The hall provide for fans and LED lighting system. It has separate Tandoor area, wash area with 4 wash counters. The facility may be booked through a standard application form available at the HVGOA office for a fees. The waste generated out of the party hall is the complete responsibility of the person booking the hall.
	Spice Garden As the name implies, the HVGOA host a green and serene open garden. The garden is planted with herbal trees of variety of species. The garden is protected in its pristine environment by the association. The garden may be used for outdoor parties, and meetings etc. HVGOA annual meeting take place in this area. The facility may be booked through a standard application form available at the HVGOA office for a fees. The waste generated out of any activity is the complete responsibility of the person booking the garden.
	Badminton Court The HVGOA courts a good open badminton court with rubberised flooring. The facility has night light facility for playing at night as well. The court is free to use basis the availability.
	Red Court The space is embarked to be used by the children for skating practise / practise the sports like Karate, Kungfu etc. This space is free to use by anyone for the limited purpose mentioned. Any other purpose require sanction from the HVGOA MC.
	Children’s Play Area The HVGOA also provide for small children play area. This include see saw, merry go round, and swings. The floor is rubberised. There is a provision of solar lighting in this area.
	Basket Ball Half court HVGOA has an half basketball court. The area is properly floored with antiskid tiling and is open for use for all residents
	Club House HVGOA has a Nalukettu model Club House. The club house has a gymnasium with 2 tread mills and all standard equipment’s. It has the facility for watching TV as a group. It host a small meeting area for private meetings. The club house has a Caretaker room, Secretary’s room and a common Toilet. There is a water purifier for people to access free drinking water while they use the club house. A library is also planned in the club house.

HVGOA is providing the following facilities as a part of common services:
1. 24X7 security service with CCTV camera, security beats
2. Caretaker service for all residents during 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
3. Metered water supply for all residents
4. Common area lighting is all streets
5. Maintenance of the motorable roads, sewage canals, etc
6. Provision for BSNL fibre optic cable for all houses and intercom facility through the same
7. Kitchen and Household Waste collection facility on all days except Sunday
8. Facility for residents to dispose of large wastes through external vendors
9. Cleaning services – for villas that are closed for longer period, association has the provision
to provide cleaning services at periodic intervals. This is chargeable and shall be collected
upfront at the beginning of the year
10. Asianet digital cable services are provided by the vendor directly.
